So far, our enterprise has always produced wines from our vineyards; also, it sells wines from other localities in Italy.
Our wine production is characterised by an accurate choice of the best grapes: they grow in our ancient, South-oriented vineyards, which are to be found on a hilly, marly-calcareous soil.
The harvest is hand-made, in order to choose only the best grapes.
After a proper wine-making in purity and at a controlled temperature, our wine is firstly stockpiled in a tank, and secondly it is bottled. Before being sold, however, it goes through a process of refinement.
The grapes that produce this wine come from the vineyard "La Traversa", ancient vineyard exposed to south on white and hilly ground, with a marble-calcareous mixture.
