The grapes of this selection are produced from ancient vineyards exposed to south on white and hilly ground, with a marble-calcareous mixture.
The harvest is manual for a better selection of the grapes. After a good winemaking made in purity and checked temperature, wine is stored in tanks and then in bottles where it follows a refinement before being put in commerce.
